Adam Salvas has substantial litigation and trial experience representing various individuals and companies in state and federal courts throughout the nation. He also has significant experience representing clients in numerous alternative dispute resolution settings including private and court-supervised arbitrations, mediations and early neutral evaluation conferences. Mr. Salvas has tried or litigated cases involving business torts, contract disputes, warranty claims, trust accounting, legal and insurance professional liability, insurance "bad faith," product liability, and breaches of fiduciary duty by corporate directors and officers.

Mr. Salvas received his law degree from George Washington University Law School in 1997. He is also a graduate of Boston University where he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 1992.

Mr. Salvas is admitted to the California Bar, Federal District Courts (Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts), and the Ninth Circuit of Appeals. He is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, State Bar of California and the Association of the Business Trial Lawyers.
